“WE ARE WELCH”
We behave as a team here at Welch. Working relationships often turn into friendships. We celebrate lifes miracles and blessings together, and also hold each other close when times are hard.
Welch Tile hosts company sponsored events each year. We also attend hockey games together, host a day of golf at a local course, hold summer picnics (complete with a moon bounce!), and put on our annual Christmas shindig. There is never of laughter and connection.
